Privacy

What we store

• Public facts about companies and jobs, taken from public sources. Each fact links to its source.
• The email address and text that a person sends on /submit or /remove. We do not show the email address on the site.
• A count of form sends and admin sign-in attempts, stored against a hash of the IP address, not the address. Each new attempt deletes rows more than a day old, so a row stays longer when nobody makes an attempt.

What we do not store

• No accounts.
• No resumes.
• No tracking or analytics cookies.

Admin sign-in uses one cookie. Visitors do not get it.

Where data goes

We store data on Neon and serve the site through Vercel. The map loads its tiles from OpenFreeMap, so your browser contacts that service when you open the map.
